Monitor your workout sessions with real-time biometric feedback on your performance then dig into key biometrics in your fitness report when you are done.

Hit the gym hard with the Push Gauge.
Every set counts. The gym Push meter measures increases and decreases in intensity from one set of reps to the next. This will tell you when you’re truly giving it your best, or just working out with the rest.

Heart Rate - Training Zones
Training Zones help you achieve your personal goals - losing weight, increasing endurance, building strength - by monitoring your real-time Heart Rate and percentage of time spent in each targeted training zone throughout your workout. The system will also note your peak heart rate during the session.

Real-Time Breathing
Monitoring your breathing and paying attention to it throughout your workout is critical to maximizing your performance. Irregular, Shallow or unbalanced breathing can steal away your ability to maximize every workout.
